"I have been a customer for 24 years, never filed a claim. Then when I finally did and needed them they were no where to be found. My car has sat for 6 weeks waiting to be fixed because of their red tape and extremely unprofessional response times. For that now I have to pay for a rental out of my pocket, they take no responsibility for the delays (even though several of their employees have admitted as such), and my local agent has been zero help. As soon as this claim is settled I am running away from this company. you would think after doing business with them for 24 years. that loyalty (and 10's of thousands Ive paid them) would mean more, but is clearly doesn't."
